Our Story

History
Heritage Hills Hops started out as an undeveloped farm that we manifested into a 2.5 hop farm with a variety of hops that are grown, harvested, processed/pelletized and sold. We set up the entire operation from the start, beginning with putting up hop poles and wires, to getting water and electricity, to the end product of planting and growing hops with the capability to dry and process the hops for sale and to use in beer. We have all the equipment to grow hops, as well as a hop harvester, a hop drying system, a precision scale, a precision moisture meter and a vacuum sealer with nitrogen purge to ensure the freshest hops possible. We had our first year harvest in September 2020 and harvest each year around August depending on when the hops are ready. Our mission is to sell a variety of quality hops, with special aromas and uses, to make flavorful and exceptional beer.

What’s Next? Heritage Hills Hops is selling more hops so breweries can use ingredients from our local area to make the best beer! We, also, plan to open a Brewery on our farm, which is coming soon! We will have information posted as we progress on the brewery project!
